We are having a call in order to understand at which stage of the planning you are. You are going to send us name of the venue, date and detailed timing in order for us to check our availabilities.
We can provide you vendors necessary to create the choreography of your dreams or we can coordinate those that you have already booked. In any case we are working in team to make your day magical.
We are going to have a preliminary meeting at the venue and collect all the information necessary to realize you vision. If you are not travelling and being with us, we will connect on video call and enter in depth with your details.
Once in Italy we are having a meeting together and finalize the last key points, including a rehearsal of the ceremony if necessary.
This service is including the presence of one wedding planner on the wedding day for a a minute-by-minute coordination of your wedding. Extra staff if required will be quoted accordingly.
